意大利宋庆龄基金会由一批景仰宋庆龄(中华人民共和国名誉主席1901－1981)，有志于妇女儿童福利事业，热心意中人民友好合作交流的意大利社会各界人士发起创立。于2004年1月20日在意大利正式注册成立的非盈利性民间团体。
“Soong Ching Ling Foundation of Italy”, Associazione senza scopo di lucro, è stata fondata il 20 gennaio 2004 da un gruppo di italiani e di cinesi residenti in Italia che condividono la filosofia e gli obiettivi posti in essere da Madame Song Ching Ling; Celeberrima Donna Cinese (1901 – 1981), rionosciuta Presidente Onorario dal Governo della R.P.C., che ha dedicato la propria esistenza al miglioramento delle condizioni di vita dei bambini e delle donne.
The Soong Ching Ling Foundation of Italy was created by a group of people in the Italian community who admired Soong Ching Ling’s faith and her dedicated work to women and children’s welfare. Their aim is to improve the Italian Chinese co-operation and cultural exchange. On January 20th, 2004 the Foundation was registered in Italy as a non-profit charity organization.

意大利宋庆龄基金会的成立，体现了意大利广大友好人士和旅意华人对已故中国国家名誉主席宋庆龄女士的深切怀念，也是对她毕生关心妇女儿童伟大精神的认同和继承。意大利宋庆龄基金会的宗旨是：关心妇女儿童、维护世界和平、促进人类进步事业。着力推进意中两国的妇幼医疗保健和儿童科学文教事业，增进意中两国人民的友谊和了解。
La costituzione della Soong Ching Ling Foundation of Italy manifesta il profondo rispetto per la figura di Soong Ching Ling, presidente onorario della Repubblica Popolare Cinese, da parte del popolo italiano e dai cittadini cinesi espatriati in Italia. Si consoliderà inoltre la Sua volontà di continuare ad aiutare gli infanti e le donne in difficoltà; l’Associazione opererà con i seguenti principi fondamentali: migliorare le condizioni di vita delle donne e dei bambini, lavorare per la pace nel mondo, favorire il progresso dell’umanità intera. Si sforzerà di migliorare l’attenzione nel campo della salute e dell’istruzione delle donne e dei bambini nei due Paesi. Anche in questo caso l’obiettivo è il rafforzamento del legame di amicizia e di reciproca conoscenza che unisce i due Paesi. Il Sodalizio Italiano è nato con lo scopo di voler mettere in risalto i grandi valori della millenaria filosofia Cinese e far progredire scambi di amicizia, conoscenza e cooperazione tra la Cina e l’Italia.
The establishment of the Soong Ching Ling Foundation of Italy honors Ms. Soong Ching Ling’s memory by the Italians and the Chinese that moved to Italy. It also represents the will to continue her lifetime spirit of caring about women and children. The objectives of Italian Soong Ching Ling Foundation are caring about the women and the children, seeking justice and lasting peace in the world, promoting human growth and the medical health care for women and children in both countries and children education in all aspects in order to increase the understanding of the people between the two countries and nourish friendship.

The Italian Soong Ching Ling Foundation pursues the motto of Soong Ching Ling: "Create the future", in order to honor and develop the lifetime mission of Soong Ching Ling. Based in Italy, but worldwide spread, the Association proactively contacts no profit associations and warm-hearted people all around the world in order to collaborate.

La “Soong Ching Ling Foundation of Italy” opererà in linea secondo le direttive del presidente della Repubblica Popolare Cinese Hu Jintao, in modo da utilizzare le funzioni particolari delle organizzazioni non-governative cinesi e facendo diventare quindi la Fondazione un canale importante nei rapporti esteri non-governativi tra l’Italia e la Cina.
The Italian Soong Ching Ling Foundation will carry out the instructions of the president of the People’s Republic of China, Hu Jin Tao. This will enable the Foundation to use the special functions of the Chinese non-governmental organizations, making the Foundation become an important channel for the Italian Chinese non-governmental foreign affairs. |
