“DIDA 帝大 ” 家具集团 —— 上海意华家具制造有限公司是由意大利著名爱国华人企业家朱裕华先生于 1998 年 3 月投资注册成立的家具制造企业，专业生产意大利 “DIDA 帝大 ” 品牌的宾馆、酒店、办公等工程配套家具及民用家具。
        世界著名意大利品牌 “DIDA 帝大 ” 家具， 48 年来先后为万豪、 STARWOOD 、四季、希尔顿、喜来登、香格里拉等世界一流宾馆、酒店提供家具。产品遍及意大利、美国、德国、法国、西班牙等欧美及中东各国。
        为进一步开拓时常，更好地利用意大利的设计优势和先进设备以及中国优惠的生产成本， 1998 年， “DIDA 帝大 ” 集团投资 5000 万人民币在中国上海以及内地建立了多个独资，合资生产基地，拥有超过 10 万平方米的厂房。
        公司先后派出 50 多人次赴意大利进行学习、培训，生产基地由意大利设计师、技术人员现场指导、把关。从而使家具质量达到了意大利的制作工艺水准，每一件产品至真至美，无可挑剔。此外，公司生产的家具还通过了严格的欧洲环保认证。
        目前，公司拥有国际上最先进的家具生产流水线，可以同时生产数家宾馆的定单。家具远销欧美各国。

La DIDA ha più di 100,000 metri quadrati di area produttiva.
        La compagnia invia anche ogni anno 50 dei suoi migliori tecnici e architetti a studiare e ad impratichirsi in Europa.
